At For Men Club, your purchase is protected. If something goes wrong with your order, we will work to resolve it quickly and fairly.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason, including: item arrived damaged or defective, item not as described, wrong item sent, order never arrived, or change of mind. In most cases you will not need to return the item to receive a refund.

Depending on the situation, we offer a full refund, partial refund, or free replacement. Contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of receiving your order, describe the issue, include your order number, and send photos or a short video if possible. Our team will respond within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days back to your original payment method.

The following situations are not eligible for a refund: damage caused by misuse or improper handling after delivery, or requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery confirmation.
