Refund Policy
At For Men Club, your purchase is protected. If something goes wrong with your order, we will work to resolve it quickly and fairly.
When You're Eligible for a Refund
You may request a refund in any of the following situations:
- Order never arrived — Your package was not delivered within the estimated delivery window
- Item not as described — The product you received is significantly different from what was shown (wrong color, wrong size, missing parts, different model)
- Item arrived damaged — Your order arrived broken, defective, or in unusable condition
- Wrong item sent — You received a completely different product than what you ordered
- Significant delivery delay — Your order arrived far outside the expected timeframe, making it no longer useful
Refund Options
Depending on the situation, we offer:
- Full refund — For orders never delivered, severely damaged items, or items significantly different from the description. In most cases, you will not need to return the item.
- Partial refund — For minor issues where the item is still usable but does not fully match the listing (e.g., slight color variation, small cosmetic defect). You keep the item.
- Free replacement — In some cases we may offer to resend the correct or undamaged item at no extra cost.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of receiving your order (or within 30 days of the expected delivery date if the order never arrived)
- Describe the issue and include your order number
- Send evidence — photos or a short video of the issue greatly speeds up the process
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days back to your original payment method
The sooner you contact us, the faster we can resolve the issue. Do not wait too long — refund requests submitted after 30 days of delivery may not be eligible.
When Returns Are Not Required
In the following situations, you will not need to return the item to receive a refund:
- The item arrived damaged or broken
- You received the wrong product
- The item was significantly different from the description
- The return shipping cost would exceed the item's value
What Is Not Covered
The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
- You changed your mind after receiving a correct, undamaged item
- The item matches the listing description but you dislike it for personal reasons
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling after delivery
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery confirmation
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: up to 15 business days after approval
- Depending on your bank or card provider, funds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear
